This two day Project Management Course is an opportunity for individuals to look
at the way they handle and manage their projects. A practical look at creating productive
teams, diffusing conflict, getting quick buy-in and effective delegation to move
projects forward.

a process is only as good as the people running it. So while there is some focus
on process in this course, the primary focus is about getting the best out of the
people involved. The training starts with the fundamentals of project management
and introduces all the tools in a structured manner to manage, control, risk monitor,

The intent of the
process re-engineering & Six Sigma Fundamentals,
Course is
to provide managers and employees, who may be affected by upcoming process improvement
efforts. It envisages imparting an overview of the basic concepts and techniques
of process improvement that enables them to either participate on or implement the
results of a process improvement project. The course also helps the participant
understand how to infuse the concepts of
lean Six Sigma
into their daily operations. |

enterprise creates an environment of continuous process improvement that will ensure
