   Software Consulting
This division focuses on providing software consultation on system upgrade, data migration and new solution development for clients. The services include understanding the existing software architecture and building automation solutions, enhancements or system upgrades with effective tools to make the system more robust with controls. Focus is given to client’s specific requirements with respect to reporting, audit trails, controls, risk mitigants and integration. The approach is to re-look at the systems and how best to integrate the existing environment and use most the available latest technology solutions so that the desired business objective is met.
   Business Process consulting
This division focuses on providing new business processes  to a startup or a new operations setup unit. The business processes could be designed with functional architecture with process flows, process notes so that it gives direction to the business on performing its operations as per the generally accepted models available in the market today. The consulting division helps in process integrations esp. with mergers, process migrations, back office operations set up etc. There is a special focus to keep the client regulatory requirements and process controls so that there are no process gaps and adequate controls in place.
   Operational consulting
The consulting division also works on proposing migration strategy, risk assessment strategy, operational audit preparation, reconciliation processes, account schema set etc. There is guidance and solutions to overcome manual workarounds where there are system deficiencies are a bottleneck to a free operations process and build manual process required to with maximum efficiency and control.    Process Re-engineering
This consulting division helps our clients to focus on their core businesses and leave the rest to us to fix. Process re-engineering team works on the as-is process for the clients and find out why, what and when the process fails or breaks down and propose solutions to change the process best suited to the business needs. We employ a lot of tools to understand and do the gapping. We believe in taking the existing process to a new level with tools build in to monitor and track efficiencies and defects in the process.
