This division focuses on providing new business processes esp to a startup or a
new operations setup unit. The business processes could be designed with functional
architecture with process flows, process notes so that it gives direction to the
business on performing its operations as per the generally accepted models available
in the market today. The consulting division helps in process integrations esp.
with mergers, process migrations, back office operations set up etc. There is a
